13 - Buff/Debuff Priority // self-casted buff/debuff reordering

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

Please provide any additional information below.

To be able to show my own buffs/debuffs a little bigger then the others and be able to show them as the first ones in the queue.
