Bits of EclipseBarFrame visible momentarily #49

    Immediately on login on my druid, bits of the EclipseBarFrame are visible for 1 or 2 frames, before correctly hiding (because I was in bird form). I don't know whether PerlLite is responsible, or whether several mods are fighting over the frame.

    Forcing the frame shown before moving it didn't fix this. (Moving hidden frames doesn't move things attached to them, so I thought that might be the problem. But it wasn't.)

    It's because the module's OnEnable doesn't happen until PLAYER_LOGIN.
