Added dispel casting by right-clicking on raid units.

    - Raid units: added the CustomClick element.
    - CustomClick (new): assign a special action on right-click.
    Currently assign dispel spells, according to LibDispellable-1.0.
    - We're in 2014 !
    - oUF: updated to latest version.
