What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

Is it possible to add an option to turn off anchoring of the OneRing frame to the OneBag frame and instead have it remember the position you placed it in?

Please provide any additional information below.

Right now, if you have the OneBag frame near the top of the screen and open the keyring, the OneRing frame is pushed down and overlaps the OneBag frame. it would be nice if one could decide where one wants the OneRing frame to open.
