What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Having Serenity and/or Tigereye Brew Active with another 10 stacks available

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1. Suggestion for next attack should become RSK/BoK for the duration of Serenity unless TP will fall off. Instead, TP Combo is suggested above at least BoK.
2. Tigereye Brew is active, should not be overwritten until it ends. Instead, it's suggested immediately upon reaching 10 stacks regardless of remaining duration of current buff.
