    - Only hook POI buttons once
    - Fix POI hooks on Legion
    - Fix the scale of the WorldMapTooltip when the map is rescaled
    The tooltip inherits the scale of the map, which is not really intended.
    - Remove disabled InstanceMaps module, it has not been missed
