Gluth dropped the same two BoE wrists for us last time and these were both (accidentally) looted by one person (which could have been the raidbanker) but only one entry was created.

This is due to the duplication detection. I automatically assume two items looted to the same person within the same period of time to be duplicates (due to how I send loot event before an item is guaranteed to be looted). It might be that the automatic dup detection is worth always using (it pops up a dialog asking if it's a dup after the grace period). I'll work more on this after this weeks raiding.
