Initial raid data syncing added. Now only the Master Looter or, if not using master looting, the raid leader will log events. Everyone else will receive sync events.

Added option to remove alt flags for anyone missing the "Alt: " guild notes. Disablede by default sinec it doesn't work for everyone.

- Fixed network functionality (i.e standby).
