What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a linked tradeskill (Enchanting in this case). I don't have Enchanting myself, only Herb/Inscription.
2. Verify that "Personal Craftability Only" is checked
3. Hover above estimated purchase cost of Bracers - Greater Assault
4. Tooltip suggest disenchanting Horned Cobalt Helm (crafted from Cobalt Bar) in order to get the Greater Cosmic Essences needed

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Since Personal Craftability Only is checked I should get the cost of buying the essences from the AH, not from making a helm and disenchanting it.

The same thing appears to happen with e.g. JCing too. LSW suggests prospecting ore for Brilliant Glass, not purchasing it.

yes, de'ing, prospecting and milling do not obey personal craftability yet.
