[Classic] Appears to not get minimum range correctly when talented for extended range. #16

    When on a mage talented into a 41 yard fireball spell, the maximum minimum value returned seems to be 35 yards. When out of range, I'd expect the values to be (41,nil), but it returns (35,nil) instead.
