some spells are not estimated by HealComm lib #84

    it looks like Penance and absorb do not work correctly.

    -Shield absorb not calculated - might be classic restriction

    -Penance (priest channel heal) is not calculated while it looks like spell information is included. tested with ALL_HEALS and CHANNEL_HEALS

    tested in Wrath PTR(not beta).
