What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

FubarPlugin-2/3 allowed detachment of the icon from the minimap
and making it free-moving when you hold down Alt.
It is a convenient feature that provides the user with more placement options
when the minimap cluster gets too "crowded".

Please provide any additional information below.

Nothing else I'm missing from the library, thanks for making it :)
