Sal Scotto:
    - Updated new API called BorderTextureFunction that lets you pass function name and params to each of the border textures for mass execution
    - Adjust package layout for external usage
    - fixed a typo in backdrop copy
    - Added some mossinglegacy api overrides like GetBackdrop updated toc to be compat with 3.3 since it works on live and doesnt error passing extra values to SetTexture
