What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Log in to WoW
2. Open the mailbox
3. Open "Send Mail" (in German "Post versenden")
4. Click on the arrow for the dropdown menu
5. Check the dropdown menu

What is the expected output?

• I expect to see the dropdown menu and the text "Select a recipient" in German language.

What do you see instead?

• Instead I see both in English

What version of the product are you using?

• v4.0.1c

Do you have an error log of what happened?

• No (please check the screenshot)

Please provide any additional information below.

• I noticed this bug with v4.0.1c, but it may have been there already prior to v4.0.1c.
• I checked the German localization here - the translation is correct.
• I am playing on the German client.
• I will submit a screenshot showing the bug.
