First release for Patch 2.0, this has been tested on the PTR (when it has allowed me to login) and works fine.

I still need to clean it up to get rid of the old item lists. It now uses the itemLevel from Blizzard's own GetItemInfo function so it MAY differ from previous itemisations. However this means that it should detect ALL items now.

Tooltips need fixed to use the itemLevel function and not the tables. I will work on this after patch is live.
