    At least for Bear Druids, putting Skull Bash on the mousewheel causes the combat log to include up to 4 interrupt events. I haven't tested for other classes yet, and this is clearly a Blizzard issue, but regardless this type of multiple entry spam should be throttled.

    It's possible for multiple lines to be legitimate, for example using Arcane Torrent or the engineering bolt gun as an AE interrupt. This could be differentiated by looking at the GUIDs and seeing if it's truly a duplicate or not.

    Consolidating legitimate multiple line spam would be a separate feature.
