Energy tick dont rotate #257

    When making a 90 degree rotation on the energy bar, the ticker does not follow and proceeds to tick at the normal position (vertical) with a glitched graphic.

    Instead of following the bar into a horizontal mode.

     

    Is this possible to fix?

    It may be possible to fix, but I don't really support horizontal mode in the mod. It's meant to be a vertical mod.

     

    I'd be happy to accept a pull request to fix it.
