Updated CLEU args for 4.2.
Didn't update the ToC, don't know if anything else needs updating, but I haven't noticed anything else broken.
Raid icons aren't working.  CombatLogGetCurrentEntry() seems to be returning 0 for the new raid flags?  Raid icons aren't showing up in the standard Blizzard combat log currently either, though they used to.
