Scroll making is kind of broken #463

    Several aspects of "Scroll making" are broken:
    - Grouping mode "By slot" displayed flat. See attached screenshot.
    - Switching to grouping mode "By level" shows no recipes, just an empty list.
    - "Create" button not working at all, simple nothing happening.
    - "Queue" button queues enchants, but queue processing stops after each item, so if I craft 50 enchants, I have to press "Process ....... " button in the queue window 50 times.
