old spec talent moved into class general tree #310

    Various class talents are placed in spec specific categories:

    • blinding sleet from DK (currently only in frost, should be in all dk specs)
    • blessing of spellwarding (currently only in prot, should be in ret as a PVP talent)
    • dragon's breath (currently only in fire, should be in all mage specs), 
    • sigil of misery (currently only in vengeance, should be in all dh specs)

     

    Shadow priest is missing cooldowns such as Void Form. 

     

    Likely to have other talents but those above are the most common.
