first of all big THANK YOU for keeping GladiusEx up and running <3!

I noticed many spells within the cooldown part are outdated. I realized I can try to fix that in libs\LibCooldown-Tracker-1.0.

I removed all "talents = true" tags which solved the display issue with many spells (e.g. druid bash, warrior storm bolt, dk asphyxiate).

I also removed the covenant tag which solved the display of some spells (e.g. abomination limb).

Besides that, I changed a few spec specific things (e.g. Stormkeeper from Elemental to all specs).

I am not sure whether what I did was the best way to do it. However, it works way better now for me.
