AuldLangSyne Tooltip Disappearing #4

    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Play regularly
    2. Then eventually, the tooltip showing Friends and Guilds online doesn't show up anymore
    3.

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    Should show the tooltip showing Friends and Guilds online.

    What version of the product are you using?
    r69

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    No errors produced.

    Please provide any additional information below.
    I'm not sure if this is FuBar2Broker related, however after updating, I noticed the random disappearance of the tooltip.  I have to /reloadui to have it back (which disappears again anyway :p )

    Last version I used where it is working fine was r64 or r65.

    I'm using Fortress btw.  All other tooltips are fine.
