FuBar_SkillsPlusFu:
- clobber Void Shatter cooldown.  BTW, whoever originally added it, large duplicated blocks of code in nested ifchecks isn't a great idea.
- clean up several leaked globals.  luac -l -p is your friend.
- stop using :AddMessage on chatframes, that's what the :Print mixin is for - not everyone wants crap written to ChatFrame1.
