James D. Callahan III:
    - Shifted the RealID name column over and set it to span two columns to fix the layout after the addition of the class column for WoW friends/guildies.
    - Removed Guild Level display - this is going away in two months with WoD.
    - Added a sortable class column.
    - Use LOCALIZED_CLASS_NAMES_FEMALE and LOCALIZED_CLASS_NAMES_MALE instead of building them out locally.
