    - Colored guild ranks with a gradient based on their index - green is all-powerful, red is peon.
    - Load Blizzard_GuildUI if needed when clicking on a guild member, instead of forbidding mouse interaction if isn't loaded.
    - Added COLUMN_LABEL_REALM localization instead of using FRIENDS_LIST_REALM, which ended with a colon.
    - Added the ability for the individual notes types to be set to display as either a column or a row.
    - Only show the Guild MOTD if it isn't nil or empty.
    - Improved column sorting.
    - Typo.
    - Changed format of region comments to not be interpreted as LuaDoc comments by IDEA.
    - Dead code removal.
    - Missed a few regions...
