James D. Callahan III:
    - Added initial config options and localization.
    - Removed unnecessary do block.
    - Call CloseDropDownMenus before showing others to defeat toggling, so consecutive right-clicks on different entries will always produce a menu.
    - Added up value for type.
    - Left-clicking a name will now initiate a tell.
    - Renamed control functions from ShowXDropdownMenu to X_OnMouseUp since they'll be handling more than Dropdowns.
    - Cleanups.
    - Set the header line color in RenderBattleNetLines.
