    Current: There is an option to hide blocks entirerly on mouseout.

    I want a block to be shown faded on mouseout, and highlighted on mouseover.
    This could be done by adding an mouseover alpha value for blocks, so that i could i.e. set the block alpha to 50% and the mouseover alpha to 100%
