EquivalencePoints:
- Remove the Big step so you can now enter values to 2dp. Its not perfect as the Blizzard slider insists on using small steps and this tends to give value jumps around 0.03. But at least its better than 1 dp values.

Hopefully an ItemBonusLib fix will be along soon when we discover where the issue lies.
