What steps will reproduce the problem?
I did a random heroic. Apparently the tank wasn't wearing half his gear when EG did its initial scan. The Group Summary window showed him at 100% gear, with an ilvl of 250, but when I checked his individual page, half of the slots in the gear list were empty. After a while, EG finally rescanned him and filled in those slots (and bumped his ilvl to 252).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected the Summary page to show him as missing a lot of gear. Instead it said he was at 100% gear.
