DoIKnowYou:
- Added addon notes to the ignore list, with button to prompt
- Update dialogs for note setting from friends/ignore frame for more direct feedback on the frame
- Add data source saving, in preparation of whitelist addition. Data from guild now purged when you leave a guild. I haven't really thought about multiple guilds yet.
- Update locales

- The "data from guild" flag is not per-guild. If you leave one guild, it deletes all data from all guilds. This causes an immediate loss of data from other guilds, but is quickly solved by syncing while on another character again. I intend to add data for which guild the data came from soon, so the data isn't shared across guilds either.
