    When using the option "show only icon" you can't see stack sizes for example how many charges of Bone Shield you got left, or how many applications of Sunder Armor there is on a target. A number displayed on the icon itself would be very helpful.

    This one enhancement would allow me to get rid of two other addons, aside from which the functionality is sort of a no brainer in itself.
