This addon is an in-game representation of Kaliban's Class Loot Lists. Kaliban's Class Loot List provides ratings for all raid loot with respect to it's suitability for different class/spec combinations. Vanilla WoW raid gear is rated for each class between 0 to 5 stars, however this addon disregards any rating below 3 stars to reduce the data-set. Outlands and Northrend raid gear is split into Primary, Secondary and Tertiary priority which is displayed in-game using 5 stars, 4 stars and 3 stars respectively. This addon purely displays the ratings given by Kaliban, therefore if you consider a rating to be unjust or incorrect on his website please take it up with him, not me!

Class Loot information can be accessed in two ways, either via item tooltips or through the slash commands.

Item tooltips contain the class loot rating along with the instances the item drops in, and finally the bosses that the item drops from.

You can check the loot of any raid item by using the following slash commands:
/cl check <item link> - Personal item check (only visible to you)
/cl gcheck <item link> - Item check broadcast to Guild Chat
/cl rcheck <item link> - Item check broadcast to Raid Chat

Configuration of this addon may be performed through the Options -> Interface -> AddOns -> ClassLoot window.

If you notice any inconsistencies between the in-game data and the website data please let me know the item name and I'll look into it!

Pneumatus I love this add on.

We use this to determine who will get loot and go strictly by it. Kaliban has done a great job with gear ratings and this add on makes passing out loot very fast and efficient.

With that being said, I do have a feature request though. It would be great if I could right click the gear, or better yet shift or alt click to automatically link the loot to raid.

I have tried to slap together several macros or script commands to make linking easier, but so far I have been unsuccessful.

Anyways, my entire guild loves this add on! Thanks for all your hard work.

A lot of the original 3.0 loot has just been updated so should be a little more accurate :)

When do you think this addon will reflect current class abilities to use weapons not previously allowed? (Example Druids using polearms and hunters using staffs) Also, when do you think you will have new loot from 3.1? Thanks. Rube

Hi,
There are a few items that are showing up as Enchancement Shaman items, but they have Spell Power, which is no good for Enchancement Shaman. I checked the Class Loot website and posted Kaliban an email as well.
Also, some items are showing as Druid Feral, but possible it needs to show the difference between DPS Feral and Tank Feral, if this is possible.
