    - Added a "Fade Inactive" option - if toggled off, inactive tabs will have the same alpha level as active tabs.
    - Fixed alpha level and highlight texture anchoring when switching between "Always Show" modes.
    - Update the tab border states in UpdateChatFrames()
    - Added support for always showing the tabs - needs a bit of work still.
    - Made tabs and properly update their text colors OnEnter and OnLeave or when their flash texture is shown or hidden.
    - New localization phrases for tab borders.
    - Added setting of the alert color.
    - Set the active/inactive colors in OnEnable()
    - Replaced SetInactiveColorTable() and SetActiveColorTable() with SetColorTable() - first arg is the table to set.
    - Added option to hide the chat tab border.
    - Added localization support.
    - Added preliminary support for changing the chat tab font colors.
    - Moved "Message Types" options to a sub-section and started work on tab manipulation options.
    - Moved "defaults" from TabAlerts:OnInitialize() and renamed it to "DEFAULT_OPTIONS".
    - Replace the default UI's FCF_FlashTab() to override the 60-second flash timeout.
