87 - Waypoint arrow does not work for Death Knights

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log into a death knight
2. Try to get waypoint arrow to appear.
3.

What is the expected output? A arrow to point to the waypoint.

What do you see instead? No arrow.

What version of the product are you using? r2290 2.3.6a

Do you have an error log of what happened? no

Please provide any additional information below. The arrow is there on all my other characters just not my death night. The arrow used to be there but now it is not i do not know if it happened with a wow update or a cart update. Deleted wtf wdb deleted addon reinstall ran with only cart on.

I used Cart to set a waypoint on the map while I was doing some of the beginning DK quests and the arrow popped up. The tomtom arrow did not ever work, even when the CART arrow was working based on the waypoint I set.

I was just coming to update this information. It would seem that it is because of the Phased Content area of the DK quests. I got to thinking about it more today once I got to Outlands and decided to reinstall Cart and QH and they worked flawlessly. I don't think Blizzard is going to be letting multiple DKs anytime soon. Shouldn't it be possible to get the information for the WP arrow from sources like WoWDB where the quest information is already available and port it into Cart? I mean the quest details are already available everywhere else, figure it shouldn't be too big a deal to port this information into Cart. I'm no programmer or anything, but perhaps this could be a temporary fix. At any rate, you guys are doing a bang up job on Cart, keep up the good work.

Your situation: You are under level 58 and have not been to Stormwind yet. You are in what Blizzard calls "Phased content" and not in the real world. If this is the case, this is a known problem and difficult to investigate until such a time Blizzard allows the creation of Death Knights on multiple realms (My DK is 64+ atm.).

I am having the same issue. I even went as far as tring the Tom Tom addon. But it isn't working either. I'm not so sure that it is a Cart issue either. As I have tried several different map addons known to work with Tom Tom and I still never got an arrow. I have a feeling that it is something within WoW that is causing the issue.
