63 - Missing instance maps: Azjol-Nerub & Ahn'Kahet: The Old Kingdom

In latest HEAD (r2281), there is no instance map for two of the instances in Dragonblight: Azjol-Nerub and Ahn'Kahet: The Old Kingdom.

    For me there are only seven Instancemaps in the Category "Nordend" - is this a bug or a known issue?

    I'm using german wow and Cartographer r2295.

    Ahn'Kahet: The Old Kingdom Cant find the map data.. will look into this futhur
