    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    Achieve a critical hit with Scourge Strike

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    Expect HitCrit to track critical strikes with this attack.  Instead it shows that I have 0 critical hits.

    What version of the product are you using?
    2.20.0 Release

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    No errors have been generated by this bug
