Tagging v0.7.4

Starfox:
    - Portrait hovertooltips for non-epic followers now show the % to get new combo when upgraded to epic instead of the, senseless, reroll%
    - Make AdditionalAbilitiesTooltip(...) get all the data from the passed followerID
    - Follower hovertooltips on followerlistbuttonX.portraitframe
    - Remove another instance of using a hardcoded column #
