Starfox:
    - Add scavenger/mount row. Get rid of some hardcoded tooltip row/column values.
    - Option to show scanver/mount row at the top of the matrix
    - Make specs use up less space
    - Follower upgrade: Don't update epic combos before we check if it's a new one
    - Get rid of the idea to only load for characters with a garrison
    - Don't load on character that don't have a garrison
    - Use GetFollowerTraitAtIndex where possible
    - More GetFollowerAbilityAtIndex usage
    - Show 'New epic combo' only when it actually is a new one...
    - Use GetFollowerAbility/TraitAtIndex for upgrade toasts
    - The first ability is either [1] or [2]
    - Another go at 'does the client even have the follower data yet'
    - Fix variable typo
    - Add profile options
    - Reset reRollCombos before updating
