Starfox:
    - Make GetRerollPercent not error out if someone managed to get the tooltip loaded before garrison follower data arrived in the client
    - Trying to figure out when C_Garrison actually starts returning data for collected follower, GARRISON_UPDATE seems to do it
    - When clicking the number in the sum row fill the searchbox with the countername
