Tagging v0.6.1

Starfox:
    - Delay the first parse of the follower list, because C_Garrison.GetFollowers() does not play nice in OnInitialize
    - Upgrade toast: Show the icon from the ability we already counter behind the followers name
    - More unsed stuff removal
    - Get rid of some unused stuff
    - Make the hovertooltip available in the GarrisonLandingFrame
