Starfox:
    - When permanent matrix tooltip is shown and redraw tooltip when iconSize is changed
    - Add option to set the size of icons in tooltips
    - Make the icons bigger
    - Don't fill a table with the whole followerData of all followers if we just want to know what they counter. Redraw the matrix style tooltip on couple of events that indicate follower changes
    - Floor percentage instead of showing 83.33333333%
