Tagging v0.5

Starfox:
    - Have the array of counter for each spec sorted in the file, so we don't sort it for every epic follower
    - Don't use the same tooltip for LDB icon and hovering follower portraits!
    - New Feature: Show a 'ReRoll' Column in list view. Adds a column to list view containing the %chance of getting a not-yet-acquired combination when using a 'Follower Re-training Certificate' on this follower. Values only show up for epic followers.
    - Move some variables around
