Starfox:
    - Option to change when tooltip is shown. On hover: Default, just as it was On click: Tooltip will stay until you click the icon again
    - Update description for the tooltip option
    - Add option to disable the toolip when hovering follower portraits
    - Also display the tooltip with possible counters when hovering the portraitframe in the FollowersTab
    - Lookup specs, not spec
    - When hovering portraits in at the recuitmentUI in the Inn display a tooltip with all possible counters for this follower
