    - Workaround for addon enable/disable glitch
    Fix the addon list sometimes incorrectly toggling the enable state of addons
    for other characters. The problem affects both Blizzard addon lists (in-game
    and login screen), as well as third-party addon control addons. This generic
    workaround addresses the problem for all these cases.
