What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Activate BetterQuest on a character I have not really played for a long time (but have set BetterQuest options on prior).
    2. In the Modules, Sink, Party section of options, checkmark "Objective Completion", "Objective Progress" and "Quest Completion" which had been unchecked earlier.
    3. Do quests with someone in a party. For example, a collection quest where the objectives is to kill 8 monsters or pick up 6 percentage drop "wings" off monster corpses.
    4. When the above fails to provide Party chat output, enable the Spam tab options (checkmarking all three).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: BetterQuest provides full Party chat output of quest objective completion/progress. Instead: it does not do so for the two collection quests tried in a party. It _only_ provides quest completion party chat output when all the objectives have been completed. No errors.

In addition, after seeing Party chat output for progress failing on the first try, I enabled the Spam tab options. But after doing so, an error was thrown up on quest progress. As well, Party chat still did not provide any indication of quest progress. It again only put up a message when the quest was fully completed.

What version of the product are you using?
    r158

Do you have an error log of what happened?
After enabling the Spam module, checkmarking its three options and progressing in a quest in a party:

    BetterQuest-r158\\modules\\spam\\spam.lua:46: bad argument #2 to 'format' (number expected, got nil)\nBetterQuest-r158\\modules\\spam\\spam.lua:46: in function `?'\nCallbackHandler-1.0-3 (Ace3):146: in function <...Ons\\Ace3\\CallbackHandler-1.0\\CallbackHandler-1.0.lua:146>\n<string>:\"safecall Dispatcher[8]\":4: in function <[string \"safecall Dispatcher[8]\"]:4>\n<in C code>: ?\n<string>:\"safecall Dispatcher[8]\":13: in function `?'\nCallbackHandler-1.0-3 (Ace3):91: in function `Fire'\nLibQuixote-2.0-90080:360: in function `?'\nLibQuixote-2.0-90080:115: in function <...ns\\BetterQuest\\lib\\LibQuixote-2.0\\LibQuixote-2.0.lua:114>\n\n  --

Please provide any additional information below.
There is a possibility I copied a profile from a character I had done more testing of this on, I forget. But for sure, the three Modules, Sink, Party options were checkmarked after they were previously unchecked (I did not relog after doing that). And the Spam options were enabled (and threw up a bug) after the failure of any Party chat output to appear other than a single message alerting that an entire collection quest had completed.

One thing: the Modules, Sink, Output section was set to "MikSBT" (as it had been in the past; I use the latest revision of MikSBT). It was not set to a specific Chat channel (such as "Party").

But in earlier revisions of BetterQuest in earlier WoW patches this was not a problem. I could set Output to MikSBT and still get party text alerts for quest objective progress. The current revision fails to do that. If you now actually need to remember to change the Sink output to Chat, Party from whatever else you had it set to every time you join a party, this becomes too much of a hassle to use.
