XP bar/Status Tracking Bar - can't be make shorter again #2161

    After 10.1 if it is shorter/longer than 570width the filler color+text just go out of frame, doesn't squish into frame.

    Seconded:   appears that only the StatusTrackingBar overlay/artwork is scaling to profile values.  the actual status bar widget and the text label it parents is not having its scaling set.  I've looked into the code, but can't wrap my head around where the actual status bar widget is being Create()'d
