Doesn't open bank bags #2

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    Normally all the bags open when visiting the bank, but since 4.1 it only opens the inventory bags.

    What version of the product are you using?
    r31

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    No errors.
