Hide "Disenchant" value for soulbound items on non-enchanters #54

    What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
    "Disenchant" value is currently shown in the tooltips for all items for which a value appears.  However, I cannot disenchant my soulbound items unless I am an enchanter.  So if I'm not an enchanter, the "If applicable" option for hiding the disenchant line should also hide that data if I'm not a chanter, and looking at a soulbound item.

    Please provide any additional information below.
