What exactly is wrong?

 Ackis window won't display when in profession

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Literally everything

What version of the product are you using?

For me, this was because I had TradeSkillMaster installed and the 'Scan' button appears underneath the 'TSM4' button on the default WoW UI.

To fix this, go into your Interface > Add-On settings and change where the the 'Scan' button appears to anything OTHER than top-right.

I have mine set to top-left and it works fine now.

Just installed Ackis and Calligraphy+Cooking modules.

Ackis button does not display.

ARL command does not work too.

The addon is active in the loaded addons list and i have no tradeskill other addon installed that may conflict with it.

I have installed, and re-installed Ackis. Does not show in the addon list in game, but shows that it is installed. Verified installed with Curse. Tried to use the /arl commands, but WoW doesn't seem to recognize. I love this addon, would be VERY happy to see it work again. 

I do have TSM installed, but not sure why it wouldn't show up when I look at Interface > AddOns and then look for Ackis.

So it looks like Curseforge client might be downloading the "nolib" version of ARL. If you see "no-lib" in the file path, its the wrong one unfortunately.
