In addon:TRADE_SKILL_CLOSE(): Removed check for existence of addon.Frame
In addon:addTradeSkill(): Moved --@alpha@ enclosure around the print for duplicate entries, instead of the whole if block. End-users were getting memory churn.

Added acquire info and the trainer flag to "Abyssal Shatter", it now shows up in ARL scans for enchanting.

Removed "Vix Chromeblaster" from the Vendor db, as he is no longer in the game.
Fixed the NPC ID for "Lady Palanseer" and "Captain O'Neal"
All the waypoints for all the vendors have been fixed, per wowhead data.
